To access the course textbook, workbook, and exam for each of these courses, simply click on the links below! You may begin the course immediately, even prior to paying for it, but you will not receive your certificate nor will the required "copy" certificate be sent to the Kansas Real Estate Commission until you have completed each of the following requirements:

(1) Complete the Workbook for the course and email, fax, or mail it;
(2) Complete the examination and email, fax, or mail it; and
(3) Pay for the course by business or personal check or credit card (Visa and Mastercard are available only through paypal.com).

Each of these three requirements (the workbook, exam, and payment) must be received by Corky Hyatt Seminars prior to the certificates being delivered to you and KREC!

If you need to take twelve hours for your Kansas renewal, including the Kansas Salesperson & Broker Core Course plus three electives, you may choose the "12 hour course deal" for $140.00, saving $20.00 from the individual course pricing. You may purchase the four-course "deal," by www.paypal.com or by mailing a check. PLEASE MAIL YOUR CHECK AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR COURSE DEADLINE! NOTE: If your check does not arrive due to mailing delays, Corky Hyatt Seminars is not responsible for your missing your KREC course deadline!
