You may begin the course immediately, even prior to paying for it, but you will not receive your certificate nor will the required "copy" certificate be sent to the Kansas Real Estate Commission until you have completed each of the following requirements:

(1) Complete the Workbook for the course and email, fax, or mail it to the addresses listed below;
(2) Complete the examination and email, fax, or mail it to the addresses listed below; and
(3) Pay for the course by mailed business or personal check or credit card (Visa and Mastercard are available only through www.paypal.com).

Each of these three requirements (the workbook, exam, and payment) must be received by Corky Hyatt Seminars prior to the certificates being delivered to you and KREC!

Please note that the certificate will be issued by the Kansas Association of REALTORS® with whom Corky Hyatt Seminars has merged for all Kansas Continuing Education!

You may purchase the four-course "deal," by www.paypal.com or by mailing a check. PLEASE MAIL YOUR CHECK AT LEAST 14 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR COURSE DEADLINE! NOTE: If your check does not arrive due to mailing delays, Corky Hyatt Seminars is not responsible for your missing your KREC course deadline!
